25 June 2026, Melaka – The Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department (BPJPM) successfully organised the BPJPM Hiking Program 2026 at Bukit Batu Putih, Tanjung Tuan Eco Forest Park, Melaka, as part of its initiative to strengthen teamwork, promote physical fitness and foster closer relationships among its personnel.
The programme brought together officers and staff from all divisions within BPJPM, including the organising committee responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the event. The programme was led by the Deputy Director-General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department, SAC Noor Azmi bin Yusoff, who participated alongside the officers throughout the hiking expedition.
Throughout the activity, participants were guided by experienced BPJPM agents serving as pacers and sweepers, ensuring the safety of all participants, smooth coordination of the hike and strict adherence to safety procedures along the trail. The strong teamwork and mutual support demonstrated by participants created a positive atmosphere and further strengthened collaboration across the department.
The programme concluded successfully with all participants completing the hike safely, reflecting the resilience, discipline and strong team spirit of BPJPM personnel. The initiative also underscores the department's commitment to cultivating a healthy, dynamic and resilient workforce in support of organisational excellence and effective public service delivery.
