16 July 2026, Putrajaya – The Director-General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department (BPJPM), Mr. Khairul Anwar bin Zakaria @ Abdul Hamid, officiated the Jersey Presentation Ceremony for the BPJPM contingent as a symbolic gesture of support ahead of the Putrajaya International Dragon Boat Race 2026.
Organised by Perbadanan Putrajaya in collaboration with the Putrajaya Canoe Association, the championship will be held on 18–19 July 2026 at the Putrajaya Water Sports Complex. BPJPM will be represented by 14 participants, who will proudly compete on behalf of the Division in the prestigious event.
During the ceremony, the Director-General conveyed his appreciation and delivered words of encouragement to the contingent, urging them to uphold discipline, teamwork and commitment throughout the competition. He also expressed his confidence in the team's ability to represent BPJPM with dedication and professionalism.
The ceremony reflects the management's continuous support for staff participation in sports and recreational activities, which contribute to promoting a healthy lifestyle while strengthening teamwork, discipline and camaraderie among members of the Division.
