13–15 April 2026, Pahang – The Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department (BPJPM), successfully conducted the Organisational Strengthening and Team Development Programme 2026 at Xcape Resort Taman Negara, Pahang. This three-day programme demonstrated the strong commitment of staff in enhancing team synergy and organisational performance through a series of structured physical and mental activities.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in various intensive modules covering mindset development, problem-solving skills, and challenging outdoor activities such as rapid rafting and exploration of an Orang Asli village. These activities were designed to strengthen teamwork, resilience, and decision-making capabilities in challenging environments.
The programme reached its culmination with the final action planning session and official closing ceremony held on the last day, which consolidated the key inputs and experiences gained throughout the programme.
The effectiveness of the programme was further enhanced through the active participation of the Director General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department, YBrs. Tuan Khairul Anwar bin Zakaria @ Abdul Hamid, who took part directly in selected sessions such as Mind Setting, Ice Breaking, and Team Forming. His involvement had a positive impact in strengthening the relationship between senior leadership and field officers, while also fostering a stronger sense of unity among BPJPM personnel.
Overall, the programme successfully achieved its objectives in strengthening organisational capacity and developing a more resilient, disciplined, and high-performing team.
