Client's Charter

We promise to provide professional and effective service in implementing the witness protection policy as well as guaranteeing that clients are given friendly and appropriate service which includes the following functions:-

  • Ensure that every application for the Witness Protection Program is acted upon within three (3) working days from the date the application is received by the Protection Division.
  • Ensure investigation of new applications within thirty (30) days and continuous intelligence.
  • Ensure that every witness is given safety and welfare protection in accordance with necessary and reasonable principles based on the Witness Protection Act 2009 (Act 696).
  • Ensure that every management of office administration, human resource, financial and information technology are implemented in accordance with current rules and procedures.
  • Ensure that every briefing through Outreach reaches a level of understanding of the customer at least 85% related to the Witness Protection Act 2009 (Act 696).
