7 April 2026, Putrajaya – A significant moment was recorded at the Director-General’s Meeting Room of the Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department (BPJPM), when YDH ACP Ahmad Rahim bin Dollah officially assumed his role as the new Director of the Operations Branch.
The handover of duties ceremony was formally conducted by YDH ACP Skandaguru A/L Anandan @ Ananthurai and witnessed by the Director-General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department, YBrs. Tuan Khairul Anwar bin Zakaria @ Abdul Hamid.
In his address, the Director-General emphasised the importance of upholding trust and maintaining operational excellence in carrying out responsibilities, particularly in facing increasingly complex challenges in the current landscape. He also expressed appreciation for the commitment and professionalism demonstrated by officers and staff in ensuring the smooth implementation of the division’s core functions.
Sincere appreciation was also conveyed to YDH ACP Skandaguru A/L Anandan @ Ananthurai for his valuable contributions and dedication throughout his tenure as the Director of the Operations Branch. At the same time, congratulations were extended to YDH ACP Ahmad Rahim bin Dollah on his official appointment to lead the Operations Branch of BPJPM.
The ceremony symbolised leadership continuity and the ongoing commitment of the Protection Division in strengthening operational efficiency while ensuring that witness protection responsibilities are carried out with integrity, professionalism, and dedication.
