9–10 April 2026, Putrajaya – The Protection Division of the Prime Minister’s Department (BPJPM) successfully conducted the Strategic Plan Workshop BPJPM 2026–2030 (No. 2) on 9 to 10 April 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall, Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department.
The workshop aimed to formulate a more dynamic and efficient management narrative to guide the division’s direction for the next five years in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
The session was attended and closely observed by the Director General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister’s Department, YBrs. Tuan Khairul Anwar bin Zakaria @ Abdul Hamid. His presence reflected the strong commitment of the top management in strengthening the department’s strategic planning efforts and setting higher benchmarks of excellence across all branches.
Among the key outcomes of the workshop were:
- Positive Agenda: The workshop outcomes are expected to contribute positively towards improving service delivery and strengthening organisational integrity.
- Strategic Collaboration: Aligning perspectives among units to ensure more integrated and systematic organisational operations in achieving long-term objectives.
- Commitment to Empowerment: Each branch demonstrated strong dedication in detailing their respective action plans to ensure the achievement of organisational goals.
This initiative reflects the Protection Division’s commitment to continuously drive service excellence through more structured, strategic and forward-looking planning.
