PROTECTION DIVISION DIGITAL STRATEGIC PLAN 2026–2030 WORKSHOP (FORMULATION PHASE)

6–7 July 2026, Putrajaya – The Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department (BPJPM) successfully organised the Protection Division Digital Strategic Plan 2026–2030 Workshop (Formulation Phase) as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen the organisation's digital transformation agenda.

The two-day workshop focused on refining the strategic initiatives identified under each programme for the next five years, including cost projections, implementation timelines and action plans to ensure the successful execution of the Division's digital transformation initiatives.

The workshop was attended by the Director-General of the Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department, YBrs. Mr. Khairul Anwar bin Zakaria @ Abdul Hamid, Deputy Director-General, SAC Noor Azmi bin Yusoff, Division Directors and representatives from every branch within BPJPM.

The programme also benefited from the expertise of invited facilitators from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), namely Ts. Dr. Suraya binti Ya'acob and Dr. Nur'Izzati binti Shabdin, who provided valuable guidance and professional insights throughout the workshop in refining the Division's digital strategic framework.

The successful organisation of the workshop reflects BPJPM's ongoing commitment to strengthening its digital transformation through systematic and strategic planning. The Digital Strategic Plan 2026–2030 is expected to serve as a key roadmap towards delivering modern, efficient, integrated and technology-driven public services.
