NOTEBOOKLM MASTERY AND GEMINI AI INTEGRATION COURSE FOR ENHANCING PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTIVITY

Putrajaya – The Protection Division, Prime Minister's Department (BPJPM), through its Management Branch, successfully organised the NotebookLM Mastery and Gemini AI Integration Course for Enhancing Professional Productivity as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen public service delivery through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

The course was designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to the use of NotebookLM and Google Gemini, enabling officers to leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, streamline daily tasks and support more efficient decision-making processes.

The programme was conducted in two series, namely Series 1 from 29 to 30 June 2026 and Series 2 from 13 to 14 July 2026, at the ICT Training Room, Protection Division, with 19 participants attending each series.

Throughout the programme, participants explored a wide range of AI applications, including automated meeting minute preparation, report writing, working paper development, information management and comprehensive data analysis. The course equipped participants with the skills needed to optimise work processes while improving time management and organisational efficiency.

The successful implementation of this programme reflects BPJPM's ongoing commitment to strengthening the digital capabilities of its workforce in line with the Government's digital transformation agenda. The adoption of innovative platforms such as NotebookLM and Google Gemini is expected to foster a more efficient, productive and innovative working environment while enhancing the quality of public service delivery.
